• Participants may submit their abstract and full paper online at techcon.smsvaranasi.com or e-mail them to techcon2027@smsvaranasi.com. Paperid generated thereafter will be used for all future references.
  • The abstract should not exceed 250 words. Authors should clearly indicate the conference track and relevant subtheme under which the submission is to be considered.
  • Following acceptance ofthe abstract, authors may submit a full paper of no more than 5,000 words. The manuscript should be double-spaced, prepared in 12-point Times New Roman, and formatted with the prescribed margins on all sides.
  • The coverpage should contain the title ofthe paper, the author's name and brief profile along with the e-mail address and contact numbers.
  • Authors should submit a separate title page and an anonymised manuscript to facilitate the blind review process.
  • Authors should send one separate sheet with an abstract and keywords, along with the paper.
  • References and in-text citations should follow APA-7th edition style.
  • All tables and figures should be numbered consecutively, appropriately titled/captioned and referred to in the text. Sources should be acknowledged wherever applicable.
  • Submissions must be original, unpublished and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are responsible forobtaining permission for copyrighted material reproduced in the manuscript.
  • Use the designated corresponding author for all correspondence.
  • Selected outstanding papers will be recommended for consideration for publication in a Scopus-indexed journal, subject to the journal’s scope, independent peer-review process, editorial policies and final acceptance.
  • Selected papers will be considered for publication in a peer-reviewed journal, subject to the journal’s independent editorial and peer-review process.
  • Selected papers will be considered for inclusion in an ISBN-assigned conference proceedings or an edited volume, subject to editorial review, publication requirements and author consent.
